For my candle making, I try to be as kind to mother earth as possible. The jars that the candles come in are all thrifted or gifted, and the oil as well as the wax are purchased from earth friendly businesses.

My Muse

John Hardesty, the peaceful hippie owner of a crystal shop in Pine, CO. When I met John, he poured such a light into my life. It felt like we had known each other forever. I started bringing him candles as gifts, and he eventually persuaded me to sell some candles at his shop. And so Aroma Rose was born. He sparked a creative flow within me that I didn't even know existed.

In May of 2023, John passed away, and the passion for my craft dimmed. Nearly seven months later, I was inspired to make a candle to honor John, and my spark was born again. I am incredibly grateful to have known this awe-inspiring soulful man. I love you John, I'll miss you forever.
